After the proven success of the "All I Want for Christmas" promotion, Brighton Homes tasked Lewis & Love with creating a promotion to run from January to end of March 2019. Lewis & Love continued the "customer-talking-to-Brighton" naming as it had been well received with the previous promotion, was different to any other competitors promotions and was consistent with the Brighton Homes philosophy of genuinely listening to what customers want.

Material for the campaign included radio, press, print, signage, point of sale, web, email and social media. The campaign was the second hit in a row. The graphics, colours and imagery all came together to create an impact that was refreshingly new in the industry and captivated potential new customers attention.
