Megacorp Homes

As a small boutique builder, Megacorp Homes have been crafting high quality family homes for over ten years. With their recent growth and planned opening of their first display home, a need arose to create pre-selected inclusion packages . Without any display homes ready to shoot, the challenge for Lewis & Love was to clearly communicate to the customer the inclusion packages without photography.

Lewis & Love created high quality 3D renders, including the room plan and interior design, to take the place of photography. The large imagery of beautiful interiors balanced with areas of clear space was key to connecting with the viewer.

Fixtures and fittings within the 3D renders were modelled exactly on suppliers specifications and with clear graphic labelling of each item the customer knew exactly what was included. Linking the naming of each package to hotel room grades - grand, deluxe and imperial - subtly indicated the price point of each whilst remaining relevant to the home.

{ Cultivate }
The importance of “seeing” before buying through the use of 3D renders can’t be underestimated in building trust between a customer and a young company. Textured brochure covers and level-specific graphic treatment identified with each market to build confidence that Megacorp Homes understood their needs.

The investment in creating the series of 3D renders proved invaluable to the marketing team, being able to use the images in all forms of marketing material and building a recognisable style for the young brand. The brochures themselves also proved a success with a number of additional print runs.
