Seabreeze Estate

Seabreeze is an extensive, ongoing residential development comprised of eighteen stages released over several years. Lewis & Love were engaged to update the brand and collateral in conjunction with a new stage release. The new brand needed to reference the value already earned by the old brand whilst refreshing it for a new modern market.

Super large photography, bold text as graphics, and the colourful strong geometry of the logo, all combine to confidently command the attention of the viewer.

The use of photography capturing bright sunlight, crashing waves and sand dunes creates a sense of place and associates the desired natural assets with the development.

Cultivate }
With influences from surfing magazines, the marketing material was designed to fulfil the customers’ aspirations for an active beach lifestyle. 

The marketing plan included radio, press, billboards, display signage, website and digital advertising, as well as marketing collateral, packaging and the large illustrated master plan. The relaunch of the Seabreeze brand in conjunction with the new land release bucked local real estate trends at the time, selling strongly with improved sales results over the course of the brand’s relaunch.
